Tommy Conroy is Director – Investments at Domain Capital Advisors, LLC a SEC-registered investment adviser and subsidiary of Domain Capital Group. In this role, Mr. Conroy is responsible for investment sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, and structuring new real estate and alternative investments. Since joining Domain in 2013, Mr. Conroy has been involved in over $500 million in new investment acquisitions across a wide variety of asset classes and investment structures. He is also responsible for managing over $900 million in direct equity investments on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Mr. Conroy began his career with Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCo.) in 2006. As an Associate Consultant, he conducted independent primary and secondary market research for individual real estate consulting studies, and built statistical demand models that quantified potential demand and price position for a variety of land uses. In 2011, he joined GE Capital Real Estate as a Valuation and Financial Analyst. Mr. Conroy’s primary
responsibilities included determining quarterly asset valuations for the company’s commercial real estate portfolio, performing due diligence on loan documents and financial statements, and collaborating with management to propose recommendations to the company’s investment committee.
Mr. Conroy earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Emory University and earned his Master in Business Administration with a dual focus in Finance and Real Estate from Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business. He received his Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation from the CAIA Association in 2015. Mr. Conroy is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the CAIA Atlanta Chapter. He is active volunteer with Camp Twin Lakes, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and the Spina Bifida Association of Georgia.
