Scott Reaves is a Managing Director of Domain Timber Advisors, LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser and a subsidiary of Domain Capital Group. In this role, Mr. Reaves leads strategic business development and portfolio management for the firm’s timberland investments.

Mr. Reaves began his career in 2003 with Fountains Forestry, in Eastern Tennessee as a forester, GIS Coordinator, and product manager of TwoDog Forest Inventory Software. In 2012, he joined an Atlanta-based timberland investment management organization as Forestry GIS and Data Manager and was promoted to Director – Forest Operations and Information Systems, where he was responsible for coordinating forest operations and investment strategy execution.

Mr. Reaves earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry, with a strong emphasis on forest analytics and geographic information systems from Virginia Tech University. He is a member of the Society of American Foresters (SAF), is an SAF Certified Forester (CF), and is a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters (ACF).
