Patrick Neuman is Director – Business Development at Domain Capital Group, the parent company of two registered investment adviser subsidiaries, Domain Capital Advisors, LLC and Domain Timber Advisors, LLC. In this role, he is responsible for the sourcing of strategic business development opportunities for the organization.

Mr. Neuman began his career at JPMorgan Chase in 2007 as an analyst for the commercial real estate team in Atlanta where he assisted in the underwriting of $130 million in commercial real estate loans across the office, industrial, multifamily, retail and hotel sectors. In 2008, he joined TriMont Real Estate Advisors as an Associate where he managed over $300 million of Lehman Brothers’ commercial real estate assets ranging from trophy office assets to distressed land deals.

In 2014, Mr. Neuman joined Reynolds Capital Group where he assisted in the management of a $131 million private equity real estate fund charged with capitalizing on distressed land opportunities in the southeast. He closed transactions across multiple structures and sources to include bank short-sales, bankruptcy/Section 363 sales, FDIC REO sales, and bankruptcy auction sales.

In 2011, Mr. Neuman joined Trailmark where he led the firm’s sponsor coverage and business development efforts globally. He participated in $14 billion of alternative investment fundraises across numerous strategies. He was promoted from Associate to Director during his ten-year tenure at Trailmark. Mr. Neuman earned his BSBA in Business Management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. At Georgetown, he was a two-time letter winner on their NCAA Division I football team.
