Brad Greeson is a Vice President – Investments at Domain Capital Advisors LLC, a SEC-registered investment adviser and a subsidiary of Domain Capital Group. In this role, he is responsible for investment due diligence, underwriting, and structuring of new real estate investments, and oversight and management of existing investments. He joined Domain as an Associate in 2021.

Mr. Greeson began his career at FrontDoor Communities, a regional homebuilder, as an acquisition analyst, where he underwrote for-sale single-family communities and helped underwrite the company’s eventual sale. After FrontDoor Communities, Mr. Greeson joined Landmark Properties, a national student housing developer and operator, as an acquisitions and asset management analyst. At Landmark, he was responsible for underwriting acquisition targets and day-to-day asset management functions of existing assets. After Landmark Properties, Mr. Greeson joined Strategic Insights, a regional real estate consulting firm specializing in market research and strategic guidance for residential and commercial development.

Throughout his career, Mr. Greeson has been actively involved in over $7 billion worth of investments across several asset classes, investment structures, and risk profiles, including $2 billion of company buyout valuation.

Mr. Greeson received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
