“Pensions & Investments is proud to honor the Best Places to Work in Money Management for the twelfth year. A strong workplace culture that supports talent, advocates progress and drives innovation is paramount to driving the best outcomes and these asset managers demonstrate that. “We are honored to be named one of the best places to work by Pensions & Investments and appreciate their voice as a respected industry leader and for recognizing our efforts,” said David Seaman, Domain’s executive managing director and president. “The award reflects our commitment to the well-being of our employees – in and out of the office. It also acknowledges how our staff’s hard work and dedication directly impacts our success and we are sincerely grateful for their ongoing contributions. We look forward to maintaining a strong, positive corporate culture in 2024 and beyond, and hope that we can earn such recognition in the future,” Seaman added.

Pensions & Investments partnered with Best Companies Group, a research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to conduct a two-part survey process of employers and their employees.

The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies.
